Pole Skills Level 2 (Online Group)

Service Description

Your live online group pole dance session will be held online through zoom with other in-person and online pole dancers. We will start with a thorough warm-up and conditioning, and move on to long-form combinations and tricks. You MUST be comfortable in your inversions to join this class (inverted V and crucifix). If you're not inverting with ease yet, I highly suggest joining my flow and beginner classes. Alternatively, I offer private sessions as well.
